The unique climate and terrain of Darjeeling is like nowhere else in the world. Green Darjeeling tea is lightly processed, has a delicate floral aroma and a slightly sweet flavour. Green tea is a natural source of antioxidants.
Measure 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup. Bring freshly drawn cold water to just under a gentle boil. Pour water over tea and cover with a lid. Steep the tea for 3 to 4 minutes, depending on strength desired, and then strain. Green Darjeeling is best enjoyed without milk.
