This exquisite tea comes from the high-altitude region surrounding the Nilgiris or ‘Blue Mountains’ of Southern India. The landscape, elevation and abundant rainfall of this region give this high-grown tea its full flavour and light floral aroma.
Measure 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup. Pour freshly boiled water and cover with a lid. Steep the tea for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the strength desired, and then strain. Nilgiri tea can be enjoyed black or with a spot of milk
